Meet Our Founder

Steven Conway

Owner & Licensed Insurance Agent

Steven Conway brings over two decades of insurance industry experience to clients across Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 1990, followed by an MBA from Oklahoma City University in 1999. Steven’s financial background and business education help him build practical insurance strategies that protect what matters most to families and businesses.


He leads Conway Insurance with a commitment to independent advice, personal service, and helping clients make confident coverage decisions. Whether assisting with a new home, a growing business, or long-term protection planning, Steven believes insurance should be clear, thoughtful, and tailored to the client’s real needs. Outside the office, he is married and the proud father of two daughters, and most of his spare time is spent getting them to volleyball activities—which may be the real full-time job.

Meet Our Marketing Manager

Kent Casteel

Kent Casteel serves as Marketing Manager for Conway Insurance, LLC. A lifelong Oklahoma resident and graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Kent brings more than 40 years of marketing experience to the agency.


His background as a licensed insurance agent gives him a deeper understanding of how insurance works, allowing him to connect meaningful marketing with the practical needs of clients and the communities the agency serves.



Kent is also a longtime OU football season ticket holder, reflecting the same Oklahoma roots and loyalty he brings to his work.
